Please note that all sales are final. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Kindly ensure that all order details are correct before finalizing your purchase.
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout. We cannot be held accountable for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. No refunds will be issued for undeliverable orders caused by address errors.
If you change your mind, you may cancel your order for a full refund if it has yet to be shipped. To cancel an order, please email info@soghaat.com as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
